HK and Macau Local Shipping
Any order over HK$600 is delivered free of charge to all locations except some areas that not accessible by courier company like SF Express and order under HK$600 have a HK$40 delivery fee.
Order will be shipped on next business day or the second next business day, for the orders placed before the cut-off time at 11:00 am from Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Orders received after 11:00 am will be processed on the next business day, and for the orders placed on Friday after 11:00 am will be treated as order received the following Monday. Normal delivery time takes 2-3 business days for delivery and for remote areas, outlying islands or Macau it may take up to 4-5 business days. Delivery time is an estimate only and may vary due to unforeseeable circumstances.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs if shipment is not delivered successfully due to wrong delivery address is provided.

International Shipping
Any order over HK$1,500 is delivered free of charge and order under HK$1,500 have HK$150 delivery fee. Approx. conversion is US$1 = HK$7.8 for international shipping. We can also provide faster airmail service with additional post fee which starts from HK$250 based on your location. Please talk to our team via [email protected]. Delivery Time
In general, delivery time may take 5 - 10 business days for delivery to most destinations. And in extreme circumstances it may take 10 - 20 business days. Delivery time is an estimation only and may vary due to unforeseeable circumstances.
ATC Online ships via Hong Kong Post or SF Express for majority of the destinations.
An email with a link to track the parcels is usually sent within 1 - 2 business days after order is placed. Items are sent always via airmail and are trackable.
Import Fee and Customs
Recipients of international shipments may be subject to Import Fees such as import taxes, fees, and customs duties that levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Components that play a role in Import Fee calculations are (among others):
- Product category and price
- Shipping costs and package weight
- Customs clearance channel
- Import taxes based on custom duty amounts
Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don't charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates.
We will do our best to follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship your order to the exact address that you provide. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an international order, and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection.
With any reason the package is seized by Customs officials, we will not issue any refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. You may be responsible for any return shipping charges, in accordance with your local regulations."
